For our IT Value Center PES we are looking for an open-minded working student to support us with the daily challenges around one of the biggest Siemens programs/projects.
Your new responsibilities
- Support IT Product / IT Solution Owner's with project management tasks within an Agile organization
- Support our IT Product / IT Solution Owners and Managers with the rollout concept and change management material
- Coordinate the planning and organization of events and workshops (may require travel)
- Contribute own ideas to build an "agile and dynamic "mindset within the organization and assigned projects
- Create presentations and protocols
- Run your own projects or sub-projects within our IT Value Center PES chapter Service
- Work and collaborate on various innovation and digitalization initiatives, including AI
- Work closely with various line managers, specialists and senior management in the IT departments and projects/programs
Your skills
- Currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business information systems, information technology, business administration or a related field
- Good communication skills combined with a broad knowledge in new IT technologies, including AI
- An explorer's attitude and an excellent team player
- Good analytical skills, self-driven and proactive
- Structured and independent working method
- Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS CoPilot)
- Business-level proficiency in English (required); German language skills are a plus
- Available to start as soon as possible for a minimum of one year
