Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our IT Network Team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, giving regular status updates on projects and initiatives, and providing technical guidance to ensure the efficient functioning of our IT Network team.

your key responsibilities will be :

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Project and Initiative Management: Manage projects and initiatives related to IT networks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with complex problem-solving and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Network Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Availability : Ensure the network is performant and available. Manage all network incidents in accordance of our SLA
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our IT Network
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as systems, cloud, security, and development, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT Networks , configurations, procedures, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the IT network environment
  • Governance and Processes : Establish and maintain IT Governance, follow policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the rest of the IT department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably managing of a network team
  • Strong technical expertise in networking protocols, firewall configuration , configuration of network equipment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within deadlines
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE) are a plus. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to managing OT operations. ITIL certification is a must
  • Client & Service centrix
  • French and English a must
