Development Engineer Mechatronic Corporate R&D (100%)

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Develop complex products using mechatronic systems engineering principles, from prototype to serial production
• Implement advanced control algorithms for process and motion control
• Tune controllers to achieve required process performance
• Develop, perform and document experiments (DoE) in a structured way to validate product performance
• Provide customer support for pressure control applications
• Create detailed technical documentation for the product, development process and best practices
• Occasional international travels

YOUR COMPENTENCIES

• Engineering degree (BSc or MSc) in mechatronics, systems engineering, or related field
• Experience in developing mechatronic systems and working in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of control system theory is required
• Effective communication of technical information with peers and customers
• Hands-on, systematic approach with creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
