What you can do
- You lead the technical implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
- You develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs to ensure robust system connectivity
- You guide your team with servant leadership principles and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- You drive the migration of legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity
What you have to offer
- Degree in computer science or business informatics (FH/Uni) with several years of experience in C# and .NET development
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service or Marketing
- You have strong skills in implementing APIs and workflows within Dynamics 365 with an experience with system integration using Power Platform, APIs or Azure Logic Apps
- Familiarity with agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- You have a leadership experience with a focus on supporting and empowering development teams
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus
- Proficiency in English is required and additional mastery in German or French is advantageous
