How you will make an impact

• Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy for the SCM, aligning with the overall business objectives

• Process Optimization: Identify and analyze pain points in existing SCM processes and propose digital solu-tions to streamline operations and increase effectiveness

• Technology Implementation: Lead the implementation of Celonis within PUCH

• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

• Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Your background

• You are an experienced procurement professional, with hands-on experience in operational procurement, preferably in the energy or engineering industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field or several years of experience in a similar role

• Proven ability to lead teams sustainably through change in complex environments while maintaining high performance attitude

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in English and German

• Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana), MS Office
