A newly created role in our B2B business, the eCommerce Leader be responsible for activating new and existing eCommerce channels to boost sales growth. This is a highly visible role and will form part of our Leadership Team.
The Role

Manages and directs eCommerce business to achieve sales and profit goals.

Develop an understanding of the UKI market eCommerce maturity, capabilities and opportunity for all identified eCommerce channel customers within the Strategic and Annual Business Plans

Deliver long-term profitable growth at a Country level/by channel customers. Monthly reporting.

Leads the relationships with leading eCommerce marketplaces or distributors in the region. Sets the strategy and drives the strategic initiatives with them to drive growth.

Manage the UKI eCommerce growth for our identified eCommerce channel customers (including Amazon) and ensure Kimberly-Clark has a strong, best in class online presence & promotional activity plan through joint business plans.

Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies. Effectively manages promotional and digital marketing budget.

Develop holistic strategy and recommendations for eCommerce pricing optimizations that can drive meaningful financial benefit.

Analyzes current business trends and propose ideas to increase traffic and sales.

Manage multiple (internal/external) stakeholders at all levels within the organization, including effective communication of the strategic priorities.

Utilizes strong communication with all stakeholders regarding customer, channel and industry insights, and competitive trends.

Collaborate with Capability teams and colleagues to build and deliver ecommerce belief, knowledge, capability and training for the UKI organization (all functions)

Challenge and develop processes to set ourselves for success in the omnichannel world.
Skills and experience:

Fluent in written and spoken English
-
Strong experience in sales / sales operations or marketing support is preferred but not essential

In depth understanding and experience of working with commercial processes, agreements and systems

University degree (or similar qualification)

Strong leadership that engages the team, sets mid to long term plans and is accountable for delivering results.

Experience of management of a team with a strong track record of hitting KPIs through retaining and developing talent.

Has experience in driving continuous improvement within a team.

Demonstrates commercial acumen and a track record of delivering customer centric solutions

Strong stakeholder management, able to work in a matrix organisation

Strong project management experience with ability to drive action and results from indirect teams

Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive group decision making

Experience in change management and lean thinking to drive standardised solutions faster and help embed and sustain solutions.

Strong communicator, able to work in a matrix organisation

Results orientated. Strong track record of hitting KPIs and delivering results. through retaining and developing talent.
