Are you an organizational pro with an eye for detail and a passion for supporting teams? Our two HR competence centers, Transformation & Talent and Employer Positioning & Talent Acquisition, play a crucial role in managing talent for our employees and leaders. We’re looking for a dedicated HR Assistant (f/m/d) to support these teams with great flexibility and ease.
In this role, being meticulous and extremely precise in your ways of working is absolutely essential. If you excel in coordination, are resilient under pressure, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Training Coordination & Administration: Manage participants and trainers, handle questions, evaluate feedback, negotiate with training venues (including budget and contracts), provide technical support for virtual trainings, and organize materials.
- Recruitment Administration: Support the recruitment process with scheduling interviews and acting as the main point of contact for candidates.
- Additional Tasks: Manage digital content on internal platforms like the intranet and e-learning tools.
Expertise
- Previous experience as a team assistant or in customer relations.
- HR experience is a plus, but not required.
- You are comfortable with modern IT tools (e.g., Menti, Miro Board, CMS systems) and eager to learn new ones.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented, hands-on mentality, and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Fluent in German and English; French is a bonus.
- Proficient in Office 360 (including MS Teams, OneNote, Forms, Whiteboard).
- Experience with Workday (learning, talent, recruiting modules) or other HR systems is an advantage.
