As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage payroll processes for all employees in Switzerland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will work in an innovative environment with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to system implementations.

Description

  • Process monthly and annual payroll for Swiss employees with external partners.
  • Reconcile and verify payroll data for accuracy.
  • Maintain and update Master Data in SAP for HR and organizational structures.
  • Develop, update, and improve payroll-related processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external payroll audits.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with legal and internal regulations.
  • Manage HR accounts and provisions, supporting Finance with analyses and reports.
  • Create and monitor payroll-related KPIs, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Advise HR partners on payroll topics, including expatriates and cross-border employees.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from managers and employees.
  • Participate in various HR projects focusing on payroll.

Profile

  • A degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role managing complex payrolls.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and collective labor agreements (CCT).
  • Proficiency in SAP (payroll-related) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with time management software linked to payroll.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent task prioritization skills to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Autonomous, initiative-taking, and team-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented, transparent, and conscientious.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open-minded.
  • Strong stress management capabilities.
