Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

What you will move in this role:

You are responsible for the Finance, Controlling and Accounting department of the corporate group as well as international subsidiaries

You define the process for business planning, forecasting and budgeting as well as reporting

You draft the business plan and budget

You are responsible for the monitoring and compliance of the developed processes as well as the business planning and the budget

You proactively drive the further development of the ERP environment for Accounting & Controlling

You will be responsible for corporate controlling and the preparation of financial and corporate key figures, including the derivation of improvement options and their targeted implementation

You are jointly responsible for investment and financing planning and evaluation

You are responsible for the definition and implementation of the accounting policy and the interpretation criteria.

The maintenance of investor relations as well as communication with external stakeholders round off your tasks in the company

What skills and experience you should bring:

You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance & controlling

You have several years of professional experience as CFO in a technology/industrial company

You have proven professional, social and personal competence

You have a structured way of working, an analytical approach and are also a very good communicator

Your German and English skills are very good (written and spoken)
