For our client, a start-up company in the sports industry based in Lausanne, we are seeking an:

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the office setup and manage office operations.
  • During the first 2 months of engagement, manage the office move.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors and assist them in their activities.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, correspondence, expenses, etc.
  • Manage schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Organize meetings.
  • Support event organization, follow up on invitations, and handle logistical tasks.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping.

Profile :

  • 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a small structure or start-up environment.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Dynamic individual.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Proficient in IT tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, precise, and efficient.
  • Must reside in the Lausanne area.
  • Available immediately.
