For our client we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual as a financial controller (m/f/d) 100%

Key tasks:

• Ensure accurate customer invoicing and cost center management
• Oversee additional orders and provide financial analysis and reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual SAP closures in line with IFRS
• Conduct variance analysis, monitor budgets, and address financial deviations
• Support Sales and Finance Director with quotations and budgeting
• Participate in financial management of projects and new site mobilizations
• Collaborate with Operations teams on forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
• Assist with month-end closing, payroll accruals, audits, and cash management

Key qualifications:

• Succesfully completed studies in Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in German, with good English skills and French being a plus
• Experienced in using business analytics tools such as SAP BW or Essbase
• In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS) and local standards
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Co-responsible with the Finance Director for ensuring compliance with Swiss tax office requirements
