We are looking for a Digital Media Professional Paid & Owned (100%) for a permanent position in our Digital Marketing (DTC) team. You will be responsible for Samsung Switzerland's digital media channels (paid and owned social media channels, Google Ads). The Digital Marketing team coordinates digital campaigns in Switzerland and implements advertising campaigns for all Samsung branded products at a high international level.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

  • support and further develop the performance marketing area for national Digital Marketing
  • are responsible for the continuous (strategic) development of the channels and the implementation of digital media trends
  • manage, plan and execute campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
  • plan and implement performance marketing campaigns, as well as ongoing campaign optimisation, KPI measurement, testing and improvement proposals
  • ensure and optimise the tracking concept
  • co-manage Digital Marketing projects
  • are responsible for the content calendar and management of Samsung Switzerland's various organic social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • implement global HQ, as well as national brand and product campaigns in the areas of mobile experience, consumer electronics and e-store
  • work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • create and analyse reports

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

  • have a university degree in the fields of Business Administration, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing or similar
  • have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specialised in social media
  • are experience in planning, implementing, controlling and reporting digital media campaigns
  • have an in-depth experience in the field of social advertising and a good sense for trends in the digital media sector
  • are very experienced with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
  • have good knowledge of other social ad managers (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • ideally have some experience with other social media tools, such as Sprinklr, and initial knowledge of ERP systems
  • have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • have excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths
  • are a team player and have experience in an international environment
  • have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
