Your Tasks:
- Performance of market and competitor analysis and determination of country-specific market potentials
- Definition of market objectives and design of appropriate sales and marketing strategies in cooperation with subsidiaries and dealers as well as assessment of deployed sales and marketing strategies
- Design of measures in coordination with the manufacturing companies to ensure organizational target achievement
- Negotiation of product and price strategy with manufacturing companies as well as subsidiaries and dealers
- Preparation of unit forecast with subsidiaries and dealers
- Management, supervision and guidance of sales and marketing activities of subsidiaries and dealers to ensure achievement of market objectives and continuous improvement
- Technical product consultancy of end customers, subsidiaries and dealers and direct involvement in negotiations with end customers
- Preparation of quotations and processing of tenders
- Participation in international and local trade fairs and events
Your Skills:
- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in industrial sales and marketing
- Business fluent in English (w/s), Slavic languages are an asset
- Very good knowledge in all MS-Office applications
- Strongly committed; self-motivated; authentic; disciplined; flexible (willingness to travel internationally up to 50%)
- Strong in building relationships in intercultural settings; customer-focused acting; negotiate successfully; solution-oriented consulting; team player
- Goal-oriented approach; profound technical knowledge; strive for continuous improvement; self-driven approach
