About the role:
As a Digital Specialist you will collaborate with the Digital team across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for our clients.
You will be a key member of the Digital team and are responsible for delivering innovative and strategic digital planning. You will take the lead on identifying and creating plans and strategies which align with client goals, while also providing guidance to the consultants and other team members.
Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

Be the primary point of contact for your clients for Digital Planning

Fully understand client business objectives and ensure these are translated into meaningful digital platform strategies

Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc

Be responsible for mentoring junior members of your team to increase quality and performance on your clients

Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of yours and junior team members work
-
Ensure timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend / income for your clients to ensure suppliers are paid on time, and clients are invoiced on time

Ensure you are completing timesheets in an accurate and timely manner to enable the business to complete channel and client profitability / resource analysis

Manage the setup, optimization and reporting of digital campaigns
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Biddable Planning and Buying
-
Good understanding of planning and buying campaigns across various strategies, channels and buying models
-
Practical expertise in planning, buying and campaign management on self-service biddable platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SA360, FB/IG, TikTok, Snapchat, DV360, CM360

Experience in leading and collaborating with others, internal and external
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize for self and others (junior team members)

Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget ma6nagement

Self-Starter who demonstrates initiative

Business fluent in English, German would be a big plus, any other local language skills a bonus

Solid understanding of digital advertising products and ad serving technologies.
