What you'll be doing- Portfolio Management: Lead and manage the full project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Drive the oversight of resources, risks, issues, budgets, and timelines to deliver measurable outcomes
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement effective change management plans to support project transitions, minimize resistance, and optimize adoption across the organization
- Digital Transformation Blueprint: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define and refine the blueprint for digital transformation, aligning business and technology objectives to create an integrated roadmap
- Project Governance and Oversight: Ensure robust planning and governance across all transformation initiatives. Lead efforts to assess and track project progress, provide risk mitigation strategies, and maintain adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between departments, fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment on transformation objectives
- Resource Optimization: Oversee resource allocation and availability, prioritizing assignments to balance project needs with parallel business priorities that may influence transformation execution
- Performance and Budget Tracking: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by implementing standardized reporting and performance monitoring
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives across transformation projects, incorporating lean practices and agile methodologies where appropriate to optimize project outcomes
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or further certification in a relevant field is a plus
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project administration or project management within the IT or digital transformation sectors, with a proven track record in managing complex change initiatives
- Certifications: Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince II) is required. Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI) and Lean Six Sigma (or other process improvement certifications) are highly desirable
- Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading change management activities and business transformation projects, ideally within a sales or high-paced, client-facing environment
- Communication and Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in managing client relationships and leading diverse, cross-functional teams
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask across simultaneous projects
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in project management software being an asset
- Languages: Fluent in English, and either fluent in French or German
