In context of the company’s strategy execution, guided by our core values of responsibility, partnership, quality, and creativity, we are currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER FRAGRANCES EECA.

As a key member of our global sales organization, you provide administrative and organizational support to the regional sales team EECA in order management and B2B sales service across various countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

YOUR TASKS

Order processing (ensuring a smooth ordering process including invoicing and preparation of necessary shipping documents)

Comprehensive support of the sales team EECA in all customer-related activities - including project management - in close collaboration with the relevant internal and external interfaces

General administrative tasks, including customer correspondence

Assisting with handling customer inquiries related to sample requests and documentation (product safety/compliance)

Preparation of quotes, order confirmations, etc., as well as organizing customer visits and trade shows

YOUR PROFILE

Commercial or equivalent education; experience in logistics or export is an advantage

Excellent coordination skills and easy adjustment to different mentalities

Solution-oriented work style combined with strong customer and service orientation

Dedicated, reliable, and precise approach to work

Flexible and service-oriented attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good knowledge of English and German; additional languages (esp. Russian for our Central Asian markets) are advantageous

Well-groomed appearance with friendly and professional communication skills
