As CFO Assistant you will serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing the CFO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meetings, and providing comprehensive support to the CFO and the Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with all Corporate Finance functions, supporting various administrative processes on an ad hoc basis, and playing a crucial part in the smooth operation of the Corporate Finance department.
Your tasks
- Offer comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CFO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Oversee the black-out period process to ensure smooth operations
- Manage travel expense reporting and reconciliation
- Coordinate and manage the logistics for the budget week and global conferences
- Provide office management support across Group Finance functions
- Assist the assistant to the board with the preparation of board documents
Your profile
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an international setting
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build networks across the organization
- Strong time management, coordination, and organizational abilities
- A dynamic, open-minded, and flexible individual with a strong hands-on approach
- Professional demeanor, comfortable interacting with members of Management and the Board
- Fluency in both English and German
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
