Your Role and Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership

• Plan and execute IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring success through effective risk management and monitoring.
• Define clear objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics to align with organizational goals.

SAP Contract and Licensing Optimization

• Oversee the SAP licensing renewal process, ensuring cost-effective utilization and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline contract management.

Service Provider Transitions

• Lead the migration of Managed Services Providers (MSPs) for SAP infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity.
• Establish and manage SLAs/KPIs to secure high service quality from new providers.

Cloud and Security Integration

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to enhance AWS integrations and ensure compliance with IT security protocols.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure transparency and alignment.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 8+ years in IT project management, with a focus on SAP landscapes and cloud infrastructure.
• SAP Knowledge: Expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and IT security practices.
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Languages: Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
