About the role
Join a global company in the medical and pharmaceutical industry for a 5-month mission as a Business Analyst.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner for the commercial team. Your job will be to understand business performance and help guide decisions and strategies. You will analyze sales data to find key trends, question assumptions, and provide insights to support better decision-making.
Work tasks
- Provide regular and on-demand sales reports and insights to support forecasts, budgets, and business decisions
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to track demand planning, stock shortages, and order status
- Deliver relevant and consistent analyses to help manage risks and guide tactical decisions.
- Support the sales team with reports from Salesforce to track opportunities and maintain accurate customer data
- Improve reporting tools, analyze pricing and contracts, and ensure business targets are aligned with company strategy.
We are looking for
- Education: Degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent (EHL, HEC, HEG, HES, etc.).
- Experience: First experience in Business Analysis.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
- Tools: Strong skills in Excel (macros, nested formulas, etc.) and Power BI.
- Personality: Good communicator, analytical mindset, curious, and solution-oriented.
