Job Description:
The Business Execution Associate role for Infrastructure Services is responsible for driving the overall activities of the business including workforce management, financial expense and productivity management, executive and organizational reporting/governance, strategic planning, and global program support.
Responsibilities:

Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging
-
Set strategic priorities with leadership team; identify key enablers to success and actively engage with respective owners to ensure achieving desired results; ensure continued progression of service, financial, and people agenda.

Global workforce management inclusive of headcount analysis and forecasting (employees and 3rd party non-employees), composition of 3rd party managed services, resource location strategy, workforce real-estate forecasts, talent management and organization development, and impact of organizational changes.

Financial oversight inclusive of expense management and controls, annual budget planning and ongoing forecast management, global coordination of productivity objectives and actuals, and strategic planning and analysis.

Manage day-to-day operational events, providing business analysis and problem-solving recommendations based on knowledge of best practices and process implementation. Continuous interaction with both the leadership team and extended organization required.

Champion improved client satisfaction through strengthening organization competency and driving global consistency for internal infra delivery practices.

Develop monthly metrics to monitor and measure impact of achievement to goals.

Manage ad-hoc analytical requests and lead efforts in the analysis and generation of detailed management information reporting – liase with operational partners.

Must be able to influence execution and results across various teams.

The building of relationships and partnerships will be required to respond to regular ad-hoc management requests.

Must be able to balance multiple requests and self-prioritize those requests in a manner that ensures critical items are completed promptly and effectively.

Must be able to lead change and develop innovative solutions that enables the organization to operate efficiently and effectively.

Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives

Advise, write and edit on company-wide communications

Develop and maintain communication standards and procedures; serve as subject matter expert on communication tools and applications

Develop monthly communications metrics to monitor and measure impact of the communication plan
-
Participate in leadership meetings to assess scope of communications needs, educate leadership on strategy, and make recommendations for achieving desired impact

Complete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts, the annual investment process, client reporting and ad hoc requests

Leverage technology and tools to enable communications and generate excitement and interest in risk communications
-
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or similar role

Very strong MS Office skills

Must be able to solve complex problems and work through roadblocks

Experience leading large-scale projects, with a “get things done” attitude and the ability to deliver on a diverse range of tasks

Must be able to structure, plan and execute strategic initiatives with the right project discipline

Strong skills in relationship building and management, presentations and communication

Possess uncompromising ethics, unwavering integrity and understanding of risk & regulatory process, as well as outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges

Financial Services experience preferred
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
