Job Overview:
Reporting to the NA Associate Director of Transportation the TMS Super-user is to understand and improve the functional Transportation Management Process and associated System usage to enhance BD’s operational performance and customer satisfaction. A subject matter expert of the process, the associated technologies, business reporting, and master data. The TMS Super-user is responsible for resolving problems and driving process improvement. They support the transfer of knowledge and change management for their process area. They are a hands on Transportation Management System resource who can fully utilize the Transportation Management System with in depth expertise ensuring system settings are aligned with desired results. A technical expert who interfaces with the third party TMS supplier and internal/external users.
Minimum Requirement:

BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar

Excel experience required

SAP and Blue Yonder experience preferred

Transportation Experience OR 3-5 years of Manufacturing experience preferred
