About the role
As the Learning Experience Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our learning experience design and our learning ecosystem at Barry Callebaut to the next level. On the one hand you will maximize the impact of our current learning infrastructure, simplify, streamline, and automate processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making in collaboration with HRIS and IT. On the other hand, you will assess and integrate best practice learning experiences, tools, and AI available on the market to maximize impact, drive efficiency, scalability, automation, and personalization at scale. To be successful in this role, you will need a strategic mindset that understands the end-to-end learning processes and ecosystem. You should be able to articulate the value of data and technology, as well as having the ability to develop hands-on solutions and workflows.
Key responsibilities include
Develop and execute our learning experience strategy in line with the global L&D strategy, building on a modern learning and data ecosystem that ensures a simple, consistent and a seamless user experience.
Partner with the business, HRIS and IT teams to ensure alignment of the learning experience strategy with broader organizational tech initiatives.
Maximize the usage and drive continuous improvement of our current learning infrastructure (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Articulate, Google Sites and Workspace).
Oversee and coordinate the promotion of L&D products, processes and services, increasing visibility and engagement for employees at all levels.
Assess and integrate best practice learning solutions, tools and AI available on the market to maximize impact, drive efficiency, scalability, automation, and personalization at scale.
Drive the automation of routine L&D tasks to increase efficiency and allow the team to focus on high-value activities.
Oversee the integration of AI to personalize learning paths and recommend content, optimizing the learning journey for each individual.
Harness the power of data analytics to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and improve L&D outcomes while ensuring robust data privacy and security measures are in place in all aspects of the learning ecosystem.
Streamline, standardize and automate end-to-end L&D processes, data and reporting.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in L&D and assess their applicability to our organizational needs ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of employee development.
About you
Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Data Science, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business, IT or similar
Fluent in English – verbal and written
5+ years of experience in L&D & Data
Strong Data Analysis and Interpretation Skills
Proficiency in AI and Automation
Proven experience in Strategic Planning and Execution
Project Management experience
Cross-functional Collaboration
Change Management & Communication skills
