We are looking for a highly capable HR Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to the head of our department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative and HRIS tasks. This role demands excellent organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to create clear and effective communication materials.

Missions
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, email management, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare necessary reports and presentations.
HRIS Maintenance:
- Assist with the daily maintenance and updates of Workday, as applicable.
- Enter and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and organization of Workday records.
System Documentation and Communication Support:
- Help create user guides, manuals, and communication materials for new system implementations and updates.
- Coordinate the distribution of guides and training materials to relevant teams.
Profil du candidat
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
