For our client, a start-up company in the sports industry based in Lausanne, we are a seeking an:
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the office set up and in charge of the office management
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors and assist them in their activities
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, correspondence, expenses, etc
- Manage agendas and travel arrangements
- Organise meetings
- Provide support to the organisation of events, follow-up on invitations, handle logistical tasks
- Provide support on basic book-keeping
Profile :
- 5 years’ of administrative experience, preferably in a small structure or start-up environment
- Fluency in French and English is a must
- Capable of working autonomously
- Dynamic individual
- Excellent organisational skills & flexibility
- Proficient in handling IT tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, precise and efficient

- Must live in the Lausanne area
