The Graduate School is responsible for overseeing advanced educational programs, particularly at the master’s and doctoral levels. Its responsibilities include designing curricula in hospitality management, supervising academic and applied research, and fostering partnerships with international institutions. The school also supports students in their academic and professional development by providing personalized guidance and career opportunities. Additionally, it ensures that EHL’s high standards of excellence are maintained in graduate-level education.

The mission of the Sales & Recruitment Manager is to design, plan and improve the sales and recruitment activities to execute the mission of the Graduate School (GS) and achieve its sales objectives.
What will you do?
- Develop and oversee the sales and recruitment team for the GS.
- Manage the team and lead them by developing sales strategies for the GS and implementing them to achieve the GS’s established revenues target and development objectives in a cost-effective manner.
- Active support of the GS management team by providing evidence-based recommendations and support to the overall strategy of the GS and EHL Group.
- Built collaboration with the Growth office for the alignment of the sales & recruitment initiatives.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in management or related field / Master is a plus.
- You have minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.
- You have experience in management of a team of 5 or more
- You have experience in managing multi-locations teams.
- You have knowledge of strategies, principles and state-of- the art methods in sales and recruitment, ideally in the educational industry.
- You have sales and business development skills.
- You have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- You have the capacity to motivate positively a team
- You have analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus, any other languages strongly recommended.
