We're looking for an Analyst to join our Client Static Data team who provide client data management services for all Schroders Wealth Management entities worldwide, including processing; account and portfolio openings, online access and data maintenance.
The programme
You will join Schroders as a permanent employee and start your career in our Operations Academy, which currently runs for 18-24 months. During this time you will study for your CISI Level 3 - Investment Operations Certificate, learn on the job and have access to a wide range of soft skill training courses.
Investment20/20
You will join as an Operations Academy Trainee as part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with trainees across the industry and participate in training, socials and insight events.

What you'll do
• Maintain client records in T24 (incl. opening/closing of accounts and portfolios for wealth clients, third parties and operational Internal Clients) and process changes to client data on a daily basis;
• Update client reporting requirements, including setup of third party recipients;
• Process changes to client fees, including bespoke/special fees;
• Setup new web user clients for eServices (online client portal) and process any adhoc changes;
• Provide support to the local Client Documentation teams in UK, Guernsey, Switzerland and Singapore regarding client data;
• Manage client and stakeholder queries pro-actively, liaising with internal teams with particular focus on quality and timeliness of communication;
• Work through high volumes, prioritise and manage workloads.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that'll help
• Any experience which demonstrates good communication, analytical skills, and working well within a team environment.
• Proficient in basic software notably Excel;
• Keenness to innovate and improve processes.
• Experience of prioritising workload, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, problem solving and confidence in communicating.
• Being organised and taking the initiative.
You must be at least 18 years old by the start date of the programme to apply for the advertised intake. You will need to study for your CISI Level 3 - Investment Operations Certificate outside of normal office hours.
