This is what you will do:
BI Manager, Digital Analytics & Business Intelligence will be responsible for establishing the environment of competitive research and secondary data management to make Alexion Pharma Japan become the most pioneering company in rare disease. This person is expected to plan, conduct, and report primary research with internal stakeholders to maximize their brands and businesses. He / she is expected to manage and visualize secondary data with BI tools to enhance their business competitiveness in the market. In addition, he / she will lead brand forecasting with Marketing and Sales team and continuously develop its capabilities to improve the accuracy in rare disease market.
He / she is expected to establish consistent, sustainable relationships with internal customers and 3rd party vendors to find issues or opportunities to improve business process and accelerate PDCA cycle in Sales and Marketing. And He / she is also required to manage compliant process in corporation with global teams for research and secondary data management.
You will be responsible for:
- Primary research - Plan, conduct and report primary research to find bottlenecks and solve issues our businesses.
- Secondary data – Manage, report secondary data from 3rd party vendors such as IQVIA and Encise to internal stakeholders timely.
- Business Insights -Be the expert thought leader to brand teams by providing insights based on data to maximize business opportunities through design, campaign execution and 3rd party vendor management.
- Brand forecasting – Develop assumption-based forecasting models to provide highly convincing forecast.
- Data visualization - Create visualizations that allow users to intuitively grasp insights from data.
You will need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, marketing, or science related field.
- 5 to 10+ years in Business Intelligence position in pharmaceutical companies.
- ≧3 years of sales forecasting in pharmaceutical companies.
- Exceptional business aptitude, strategic thinking and creative abilities.
- Excellent analytical ability with Microsoft Excel, Access, BI tool and so forth.
- Familiarity with data collection, handling database, software and BI tools.
- Experience integrating new software and programs to data services.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team member.

- Strong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points of view that ultimately close the sales.
