The Associate Specialist, HRIS is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of the organization's Human Resource Information System (Workday). This role supports the HR Operations Manager.
This is a temporary role until the end of year.

Missions
- Serve as the primary technical contact for HR information systems, providing analytical support, communication, and training to ensure user adoption.
- Ensure data integrity and manage system changes and updates.
- Document process improvement opportunities proactively.
- Implement technical projects as needed.
- Handle day-to-day HRIS operational requests.
- Participate in designing and implementing new HRIS modules and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Associate Specialist, HR Reporting, to develop and support regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain and configure the HRIS system as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor data integrity, transactions, and system integrations through routine queries.
- Use the HRIS proactively to address business needs and concerns.
- Work with HR end-users to maintain up-to-date HRIS documentation, including standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Provide functional and technical support to end-users.
- Develop digital training materials and train HR staff on HRIS usage.
- Monitor and improve service levels with external suppliers.
- Lead biannual Workday system upgrades in coordination with HR Specialists and IT.
- Address HRIS integration issues within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) period.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Lead, HR Operational Excellence, the Manager, HR Operational Services, and/or the CHRO.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, quantitative systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Certification or relevant work experience.
- Workday Training Certification or equivalent experience.
- ERP training in systems such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle.
- Training on digital adoption tools.
- Experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience as an analyst, administrator, or technician in information systems.
- Experience in HR and/or payroll departments.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Project implementation experience.
- Experience using ServiceNow.

Workday Experience: Experience with Workday is essential, as it is the organization's HRIS. However, candidates with expertise in other systems who can transfer their skills to Workday are also considered.
