As a member of the PWM Business Applications Support Center (BACS) team, your mission will be to provide support for the Pictet Group’s Banking Applications. You will play a critical role in providing support and assistance to both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless functioning of these applications and processes.
Your role
- External banking application support: Handling emails and calls received by the Client Call Centre (CCC) to provide accurate responses and resolve issues encountered by users of mobile banking applications.
- Internal business support: Handling internal requests related to all business applications with regard to matters linked to investments, the Front, clients or compliance.
- Providing level one support and following up on problem resolution with level two and level three support to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
- Working with other business lines to manage communication on all applications under the team's responsibility to ensure smooth and consistent communication.
- Participating in user acceptance tests (UATs) to confirm the correct functioning and usability of applications.
- Carrying out administrative and production tasks related to the team's mission.
These responsibilities encompass the key areas of focus for a support team member in the field of banking.
Your profile
- Swiss CFC commercial diploma or training deemed equivalent.
- At least 4 years’ experience in the banking industry would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in providing help desk type support.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); knowledge of German and Spanish would a plus.
- Strong client focus with a keen sense of client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, together with effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Good listening skills, ability to show empathy and patience to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Ability to work as part of a team by fostering collaboration and cooperation among colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, independence and sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and widely used communication devices (iOS, Android).
- Good knowledge of the Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Must be a resident in Switzerland.
