Your role:
KidneyCo is looking for a Sr. HR Representative to join the organization. This position will be responsible for providing HR Generalist support in the Global Functions and Americas for processes and programs within Baxter/KidneyCo. The Sr. HR Representative will partner with key team members to implement and drive key initiatives, communicate policies and best practices, and identify ways to contribute to the department and organization.
What you'll be doing:

Support HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs (e.g., talent review and planning, annual compensation review, performance management).

Support employees and managers, as needed, regarding HR matters (e.g., employee relations, topics raised beyond HR Central).

Support the administration and implementation of the annual merit increase and bonus process

Partner and liaise with functional COE members to resolve HR matters.

Serve as the point liaison regarding HR operations matters (e.g., processing HR actions, drafting content, off-boarding processes).

Manage employee-related data (e.g., extract data reports, apply foundational analysis, create data files).

Lead various employee data audits, data governance

Work independently to resolve straightforward HR matters. As well as help resolve moderately complex HR matters.

Recommend and drive improvement to HR systems, policies and processes Escalate HR matters to respective HR team members, as needed.
What you'll bring:
-
Minimum 3+ years of human resource professional experience.

Knowledge of HR management components including performance management, development, compensation, culture and engagement, change management, organizational design, and inclusion & diversity.

Experience working with Leadership Team members, People Managers and employees working in a variety of locations (field, corporate, global).

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
