TTS Asia South Business Execution Senior Lead - SVP
The Business Execution Senior Lead is directly accountable for management of critical projects and initiatives for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business in Asia South. The role requires an understanding of multiple areas within TTS business and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the business. A good understanding of the industry, competition product and services will be helpful to contribute to the objectives of the business. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for multiple aspects of TTS business for the cluster, development, and implementation of business process improvements.
- Responsible for the management of significant projects or process with a large amount of independence.
- Identifies key stakeholders to build and manage relationships with each one of them.
- Directs the creation of multiple projects of work and manage their alignment to business goals.
- Works with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
- Drives adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project
- Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management.
- Develop recommendation to advise Head Business Execution and Asia South TTS senior management on high priority initiatives, including growth strategy, and cross business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated a consistent track record having worked as project lead managing cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of Cash Management / Trade and Working capital business is advantageous.
- Experience working in a matrix organization set up and manage objectives by influence.
- Self-starter, action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.
- Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with key stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Strategic and goal-oriented thinker.
- Effective interpersonal skills – including teamwork and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task.
