We are looking for an External Manufacturing Business Engineering Partner who is strategic, innovative, and collaborative to join our Engineering team, based in our campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium, working in our site of Bulle (Switzerland) is also possible.
About the Role
As an External Manufacturing Business Engineering Partner, you will lead our external manufacturing engineering initiatives and drive strategic investment planning. You will develop and implement CAPEX strategies for our external manufacturing network, covering both Pharma and Biologics businesses worldwide. Your role will be crucial in optimizing investment decisions to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with a dynamic team within the department. Together, you will align CAPEX plans with business growth projections and foster relationships with major engineering offices and suppliers worldwide. You will also work closely with dedicated I2I (Idea to Implementation) partners to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

- You develop and implement CAPEX strategies for external manufacturing.
- You align CAPEX plans with business growth projections.
- You foster relationships with engineering offices and suppliers.
- You evaluate investment opportunities and manage risks.
- You ensure smooth transition to technical engineering teams.
- You develop tools and enhance processes for strategic planning.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering (civil, industrial), or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing or process roles.
- Proven experience in engineering management and investment planning.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in risk management and regulatory awareness.
- Knowledge of French and English is mandatory.
Please note that international travel is expected (25 %).
