As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office efficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.

Missions
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistical arrangements
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
