WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE
With the support of the Head of Search & Performance Media and other team members based in Geneva, you will manage multiple projects (e.g. digital media campaigns, UX optimization, data and analytics, etc.) to ensure these are on track, optimized correctly and delivering the KPIs expected.
As part of your primary missions, you will
- Lead the strategic planning and execution for high-profile or larger clients
- Develop, present, and implement comprehensive performance strategies that align with the client’s broader business goals.
- Manage and optimize media plans across multiple performance channels (Paid search, SEO, Display, Paid Social)
- Analyze data from performance dashboards and reporting tools, identifying trends and key areas for improvement, making strategic adjustments in real-time to maximize performance.
- Develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations across campaigns and website
- Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
- Proactively organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions, presenting client success stories, industry best practices, and actionable insights to elevate the team’s overall performance.
- Contribute to client pitches and presentations for new business opportunities
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE
- Have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position or in SEO/SEA / Social Media Campaign / Growth Hacking/Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Have experience working in a Marketing Agency or in an entrepreneurial environment
- Be able to think outside the box to bring innovative solutions to our clients
- Have an understanding of HNWI audiences is a plus
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills, including attention to details
- Be proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Teads, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Excel
- Have a strong understanding of agency processes
- Speak & write in English fluently
- French is a plus
