Main responsibilities:

Owns all technical design aspects of CRM which includes:
-
Technical Leadership in Salesforce CRM Architecture and Scalability: Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring robust architecture, high-quality code, and alignment with strategic visions.

Architectural Design and Performance Optimization: Develop and maintain a flexible, high-performance architecture for Salesforce CRM, considering future growth, integration requirements, and continuous performance monitoring.

Product Backlog and Release Management: Actively manage the Salesforce CRM product backlog and create detailed technical release plans, including cost considerations and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ensuring optimal functionality and smooth rollouts.

Technical Collaboration and Refinement: Work closely with development teams to refine Product Backlog Items with detailed technical specifications, accurate estimates, and effective sprint planning.

Quality Assurance and Technical Review: Uphold deliverable quality through rigorous technical reviews, adherence to best practices, and active participation in agile events to ensure alignment with product goals.

Cross-functional Coordination and Team Development: Lead technical collaboration across functions, ensure seamless integration and data flow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical mastery within the Salesforce CRM team.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:

+ 10 years of experience in developing complex Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) with a deep command of Salesforce Lightning, Apex programming, and security practices. Skilled in designing scalable, highly available systems using Salesforce's cloud architecture and event-driven framework.

Fluent English

Advanced Salesforce Architecture and Security: Expert in crafting robust Salesforce architectures with advanced components like Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, and Visualforce pages. Implements stringent security measures to safeguard digital assets within Salesforce environments.

Agile and Strategic Salesforce Development: Proficient in Agile methodologies tailored for Salesforce, managing product backlogs, and navigating complex development cycles to resolve challenges with strategic insights and data-driven decision-making.

Senior Leadership and Global Team Management: Over 7 years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams. Demonstrates strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration and managing diverse, multicultural teams in a matrix organization to drive performance and innovation.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce certifications.
