About the role:
As the Enterprise Connected CRM Lead working in the Enterprise Medical Digital Innovation team, you will be the single point of accountability to business stakeholders (both the business and BU DD&T) for solution design, product planning, road mapping, and overseeing use case delivery for R&D, Global Medical Affairs, and other functions as relevant. In this role, you will work with cross functional teams and understand the user/customer needs as they relate to Connected CRM and related enterprise products, translate them into the product roadmap, aligned to enterprise priorities and the product strategy. Join Takeda as a Enterprise Connected CRM Lead where you will sets the vision and business requirements for the Connected CRM and related enterprise products, informed by R&D and GMA functional owners. Informs R&D and GMA stakeholders on prioritization of requirements for the Connected CRM and related enterprise products. You will also Translates R&D and GMA business requirements into technical requirements for the Connected CRM and related enterprise products. Ensure that project plans, timelines, and milestones are set to deliver Connected CRM's value realization for GMA, R&D, and across Takeda. Oversees the Connected CRM delivery POD in ICC / Flex vendor. As part of the Data Digital & Technology you will report to Head of Enterprise Medical Digital Innovation and work with Key stakeholders.
How you will contribute:

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand business strategy and unmet customer/user needs and design solution aligned to business needs.

In partnership with R&D, GMA, and GDD&T stakeholders, develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned to business needs and strategic imperatives.

Develop and own the Connected CRM roadmap aligned to product vision, business needs, and technology evolution.

Collaborate with enterprise platform teams to deliver the roadmap initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders through agile delivery teams. Identify roadmap opportunities and user/customer needs through research, user feedback, and analysis.

In partnership with R&D, GMA, and GDD&T stakeholders, define product goals and associated value metrics, aligned to Takeda’s Data and Digital imperatives.

Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch. Ensure effective grooming of the product backlog based on prioritized customer needs.

Act as a single point of contact for the Connected CRM and related enterprise products

Drive adoption through delivery of Connected CRM product features that are of high quality and high value. Ensure these are fully leveraged to drive maximum business value and success.

Build trust and relationship with the DDT and business teams, through thought leadership, subject matter expertise, quality solution design, partnerships and transparent communication.

Integrated end to end focus of solutions through the value chain including collection and utilization of data as key enablers.

Establish and institutionalize regular end-to-end KPI reviews for solution adoption, and continuous solution improvement process.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Analyze user data and feedback to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge of technologies for clinical development and medical affairs (e.g., Veeva Vault)

Able to engage with all levels of the organization and be proficient at building out clearly defined business requirements during discussions with stakeholders.

Able to clearly communicate and foster alignment across all levels of the organization.

Build strong cross-functional relationships with team members in the other enterprise functions like System Integrators, Digital Leads, Enterprise Architects.

Day-to-day decisions regarding design, development, and implementation of innovative content solutions across Takeda globally.

Able to present issues and recommend solutions in a succinct manner to Global, Senior and Executive Management on a frequent basis.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or Life Sciences related fields or equivalent experience.

10+ years of relevant experience implementing CRM or other information management solutions (e.g. Veeva Vault) at an enterprise level in a regulated environment, such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences

Domain knowledge/expertise in Medical and/or Research and Development

Strong “soft skills” and English communication skills for managing complex array of internal and external stakeholders

Deep experience with enterprise-scale data systems integration, data governance, data management (incl. MDM) and database architecture

Deep experience with enterprise end-to-end processes in the information management life cycle
-
Experience of working with global teams and experience of working in international, multi-country, multi-cultural environment

Experience in Product Management process and leading group of product owners.

Experience working in a life sciences environment strongly preferred

Experience working in an agile environment with associated enablement platforms (e.g. Confluence, Jira, etc.) strongly preferred

International Travel of up to 10% may be required from this position.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$169,400.00 - $266,200.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
