Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, tailoring content for different audiences (corporate, professional, community)
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, audience-specific content
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Manage community engagement, including influencer recruitment and retention
• Plan and implement offline events to foster community connections
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for cohesive brand communication
• Monitor social media trends, performance metrics, and manage paid campaigns to maximize ROI
• Support crisis communication and coordinate platform improvements with technical teams

Your profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or Business Management
• Proven experience in Public Relations and the medical devices industry
• Proficiency in Falcon by Brandwatch, Salesforce, and SAP
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and international markets
• Native-level English, with German at a minimum B2 level
• Professional experience in the USA and social media management
• Skilled in online community moderation and management
• Knowledge of video production and content creation
