The CEO Office supports the CEO in his day-to-day management activities. It coordinates the management cycle, prepares management information, optimizes management communications, conducts management events and supports the CEO in an advisory capacity, all in close collaboration with other departments and divisions.
Our valued colleague, who holds the role of Group CEO Executive Assistant, is going into well-deserved retirement and we are now looking for you to take on this exciting role.
Executive Assistant (all gender) Group CEO, Full-Time or Part-time
Your responsibility
- In this function, you will support our Group CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordination, planning and organization to ensure a smooth daily routine
- Mail and e-mail processing, appointment and travel planning, filing and document management
- Managing the annual calendar for all Group Management meetings
- Organization of Group Management meetings
- Timely preparation of meeting documents and their archiving in Sherpany (meeting management software)
- Support and coordination of internal projects in various areas
- Deputy the assistant of the Group CFO
- Work location: St. Gallen with flex office option
Your qualification
- Completed basic commercial training, ideally you have already successfully completed the further training course “Executive Assistant with federal certificate”
- You have relevant experience in an international assistant function for C-level positions
- You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs
- You communicate actively and appropriately for the situation and target group
- You adapt your thinking and action quickly to new, unfamiliar situations and requirements
- You are fluent in German and English (Advanced/Proficiency level), any other language is an asset
- With your positive charisma and your ability to find uncomplicated and pragmatic solutions, you will be in the right place with us
