You will join our dynamic and diverse inhouse legal team, which offers comprehensive legal support and guidance to our company in various areas of law and business. You will collaborate with other legal counsels (both internal and external), business units, and functions to provide legal support and guidance on various national and international service contracts and projects, ensuring that our contracts and agreements align with our strategic goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Impact
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements, such as client and supplier contracts as well as cooperation, subcontractor, and confidentiality agreements, ensuring that they reflect our firm's interests and objectives, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Negotiate deals independently across different industries and types of service offering, both nationally and internationally.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential legal risks and liabilities arising from contracts and projects, and propose solutions and give recommendations.
- Work to manage issues across various transactions and architect workable/operationally feasible solutions together with the negotiation team and other internal functions.
- Keep abreast of relevant legal developments and trends, and provide updates and insights to the inhouse legal team and the management.
Your Skill Set
- Master of Laws from a Swiss university, admission to the bar is an advantage.
- At least 3+ years of post-qualifying experience.
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and best practices, with attention to detail and accuracy, as well as familiarity with relevant market practice, industry standards and regulations.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead contract negotiations and to deal directly with counterparty's senior legal counsel and negotiating teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Very good written and spoken German and English (full professional proficiency in both languages a must), French is an advantage.
