Description
Finance Responsibilities
- Process invoices, expense claims, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closings
Operations Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on operational matters
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Profile
- Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
