Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in safety and incident response? As a Safety and Incident Response Trainee, you will work closely with EF’s Safety and Incident Response (SIR) team, assisting with communication and case management during on-tour incidents. Your role will provide firsthand exposure to EF’s Safety-First Program and offer a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
- Emergency Line Support: Answer calls on the Operations Emergency Line, open operational cases, and assign them to the appropriate specialist based on the product.
- Case Management: Open and manage operational cases with guidance from teammates.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, such as Procurement, Invoicing, and the Tour Director Department, ensuring consistency in case management procedures.
- On-Tour Assistance: Provide direct support during tours and help with operational tasks to ensure tour success.
- Administrative Support: Assist the SIR team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are an asset.
- Communication and Organization: Exceptional ability to articulate clearly and stay organized.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in handling tasks.
- Customer Focus: A service-oriented mindset with excellent listening skills.
