The Admissions Office department is a very dynamic and exciting environment to join! We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, pays attention to detail, is people oriented and autonomous.
To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles as: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
The Admissions Officer's role involves evaluating candidates’ applications and guiding them throughout the admissions process. Additionally, the Admissions Officer will provide support during EHL recruitment events as well as closely collaborate with the recruitment team.
What will you do?
- Meet with prospective students and provide guidance on the admissions process and academic programs
- Evaluate applications based on academic and institutional criteria and assess academic excellence award requests
- Support candidates throughout their journey, helping them navigate and resolve any issues related to their applications.
- Actively participate in on-campus recruitment events, promoting the university's values and offerings
- Attend international admissions conferences, collaborating with guidance counselors, university representatives, and industry experts
- Ensure data accuracy, collect necessary documents, and run various reports to be shared with relevant departments
- Conduct diploma verifications through research and collaboration with various resources and professional evaluators
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, counselors, and parents, while staying updated on admissions practices through professional networks
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in similar position.
- You have experience working in remote teams is a plus.
- You have experience in a sales environment.
- You have experience in academic sales environment and in a customer facing roles.
- You have good analytical skills.
- You master Pack office and are at ease with IT systems.
- You are service oriented, process oriented and have a good attention to detail.
- You are fluent in French and English, German is a nice to have.
