Location: IKEA Offices, Baltimore, MD
Hybrid workplace: 2 days in office and 3 days remote
The hourly pay range for this role is $17.42-$24.81
What you'll be doing day to day
•Responsible for reconciliations, audits, tracking progress including running reports, monitoring results, and surveying stakeholders, and identifying potential improvements to internal processes and procedures.
•Performs administrative tasks related to the HR/Finance service in subject areas such as mobility, fraud, AP, reconciliations, etc.
•Effectively communicates information to co-workers, store partners, vendors, SSC Specialists and Matrix Partners.
•Responsible for case management and tracking.
•Ensures adherence to the Service Level Agreement, IKEA guidelines and Policies.
