Description
Leadership and Strategic Support

Act as the CFO's key advisor, supporting financial strategy and executive decision-making.

Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial insights.

Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategy with business objectives.

Prepare and support financial presentations for executive stakeholders and committees.
Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning.

Analyze financial performance, challenge assumptions, and drive corrective actions.

Improve reporting accuracy and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.

Bridge financial insights with non-financial stakeholders to support operational strategies.
Operational and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with financial data teams to optimize reporting tools and dashboards.

Partner with accounting teams across multiple locations to ensure consistent reporting and compliance.

Support strategic projects, ensuring financial alignment with transformation initiatives.

Drive process improvements, digitalization efforts, and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
Profile

Strong background in FP&A, financial management, or a similar role in a multi-entity environment.

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Proficiency in financial management systems and data visualization tools.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive financial improvements.
