Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) works in partnership with multinational customers, their global employee benefit consultants and our network partners to establish and manage their global employee benefits plans.
We offer multinational companies a holistic approach to risk management and financing solutions, maximizing the value of their global employee benefit plans.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a broad knowledge of the wellbeing industry and the ability to help innovate in our existing value proposition & services. In this role, you will support proposition management by driving the implementation and ongoing management of ZGEBS global health and wellbeing strategy, marketing messaging and associated wellbeing programs to meet the demands and needs of our multinational customers.
What you will do
- Be responsible for the ZGEBS Wellbeing strategy by helping to shape health and wellbeing services for our customers.
- Support the rollout of new health & wellbeing services in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in relation to health & wellbeing topics to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with network partners to understand their wellbeing capabilities and local market requirements.
- Review external vendors products and services for suitability into the company’s wellbeing strategy and overall value proposition.
- Perform market research to analyse and compare wellness solutions available in the market assessing approaches and their effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our health & wellbeing capabilities.
- Steer customers in relation to their own global wellbeing strategies on mitigating costs.
What you bring
- Proven experience in working with health & wellness solutions, preferably within the insurance or employee benefits industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with good planning and organization.
- Strong coordination and project management skills, combined with the energy and drive to find solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written & spoken English (other languages would be an advantage).
- Location based in Zurich, Switzerland.
