IHRE AUFGABEN

• Payments Investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues, Compliance, international branches as well as our Correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT

• Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements

• Analysing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation)

• Preparing and processing internal reversals

• Real-time sanction hit handling of false positive matches (first level filtering), with escalation of full and close matches to second level (Compliance)

YOUR PROFILE

• Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages

• Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements

• Strong team-player with can-do attitude

• Solution oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor-made service for our clients

• High attention to detail combined with proven problem-solving skills

• Flexible, reliable and resilient personality

• Completed banking education with several years of experience in the banking area, preferably in operations or sanction hit handling

• Sophisticated communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and generally tech-savvy

• Experienced in Project work and process improvement
