SHE Specialist (80 - 100 %)

CordenPharma International (CPI) acts as the management company of the CordenPharma Group. In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the CordenPharma Group across locations and at an international level.

We are looking for one as soon as possible

As part of the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department, you will plan, implement, and oversee SHE programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. Your tasks will include:

• Maintain and report SHE metrics to management and corporate systems
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures
• Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts to address the root cause of SHE related issues. 
• Influence and coach management and employees at all levels to ensure compliance with SHE program expectations and applicable federal and state laws
• Provide SHE training, including onboarding for employees and contractors
• Investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, and support emergency response
• Perform inspections, audits, and documentation updates
• Develop and lead SHE awareness campaigns
• Act as Deputy for the SHE Senior Manager when required
   

• A degree in an environmental or safety-related discipline (Safety officer/ Federal STPS certificate)
• Min. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Swiss and EU SHE regulations (EKAS, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, GMP or equivalent)
• Proven ability to influence and coach teams, with strong communication skills in French and English
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
