We're currently searching for an enthusiastic Engineer to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the group and create a big impact on the acquisition of top technical talents. You're going to have global exposure and be able to find and work with very dedicated professionals in a great environment.
Integrating the HR team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
- Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding.
- Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent.
- Strive for excellence in candidate quality.
- Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts.
- Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process.
- Keep tracking of the information in our system.
- Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires.
- Participate in other HR related topics.
- Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group.
Ideal qualifications:
- English and local language fluency mandatory. German very valued, other languages are a plus.
- Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) preferred, or HR / Finance related fields with experience recruiting engineering technical positions.

- Excellent communication skills.
