Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in CRM transformation? Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a talented professional to lead the charge in implementing a comprehensive CRM solution.

Your Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping a robust CRM framework. Your expertise will guide the development of clear business requirements, data models, integrations, and governance structures. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and create a roadmap for CRM excellence, reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document clear business requirements to configure the CRM solution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze use cases, business processes, and workflows.

• Develop comprehensive process maps, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams for current and future states.

• Identify process gaps, opportunities for automation, and alignment with CRM best practices.

• Analyze complex data structures, schemas, and relationships to provide actionable insights.

• Document integration specifications, data mapping, and migration requirements for customer data.

• Support change management efforts and user adoption strategies.

• Deliver essential project artifacts, including business requirements documents, functional specs, and user guides.

What You’ll Deliver:

• Business requirements documents and functional specifications.

• Data and process flow diagrams, use case models, and other process artifacts.

• Data mapping documentation and data flow diagrams (DFDs).

• Integration specifications and user adoption tools.

• Project tracking reports in JIRA and related documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A track record of defining and delivering CRM solutions in large-scale IT projects.

• Expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and CRM integration (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.).

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in business process modeling, data governance, and change management tools.
