You will take over and develop an existing portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on deepening client relationships, increasing portfolio value, and delivering exceptional service.
Fluency in Portuguese or Russian is mandatory.

Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and profitability;
- Build strong relationships by understanding client's goals and offering customised solutions;
- Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products;
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and meet client expectations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking in a similar role;
- Fluency in English + either Portuguese or Russian mandatory;
- CWMA;
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
